Experience

Yoo Hee Shin is a Tax Associate at Wilson Tax Law Group with a background in international taxation, corporate tax planning, and tax controversy matters. Prior to joining the firm, she served as an International Tax Senior Associate at KPMG in Los Angeles, advising businesses and investment funds on international transactions, corporate restructurings, and U.S. tax compliance. Her experience includes responding to IRS examination inquiries and assisting taxpayers with California tax appeals and tax collection resolutions. Yoo Hee earned her J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, with honors recognition in the Tax Concentration. She was admitted to the California Bar in 2023 and is fluent in Korean.
