Experience

Geoff T. Burnham is an experienced attorney, former IRS Special Agent, and Certified Fraud Examiner.   He is currently Of Counsel to Wilson Tax Law Group, APLC.  Mr. Burnham represents clients in criminal and civil tax matters involving alleged tax crimes, IRS audits, appeals, offshore voluntary disclosures, and collection matters. Before joining Wilson Tax Law Group as Of Counsel, he worked at Frost & Associates handling a variety of tax controversy cases.  He spent the majority of his career with the Internal Revenue Service, Criminal Investigations Division as a Special Agent.  While at the IRS, Mr. Burnham handled numerous types of cases, including tax evasion, money laundering, bank fraud, and various other financial related crimes.
