Associate Tax Attorneys Needed
Wilson Tax Law Group, APLC, maintains an active recruitment program to locate and hire the best-qualified attorneys to practice with our firm. While we actively consider hiring the brightest new lawyers directly out of law school, we are always interested in strong lateral candidates to address specific hiring needs as they may arise from time to time. We invite candidates with strong law school records or large firm experience or government experience to inquire about our current opportunities. We welcome applications from new attorneys with strong academic records and attorneys with law firm or government experience. Our associates work closely with experienced tax attorneys, take on substantive responsibility, and receive the training and mentorship needed to develop their practices.

Senior and Experienced Tax Attorneys
We welcome experienced tax attorneys who want to take a leading role in complex tax controversy matters. Candidates should have substantial experience representing clients before the IRS, in administrative appeals, or in tax litigation, as well as the judgment and communication skills to manage client relationships and mentor other attorneys. Government experience is welcome.

Summer Law Clerk Program
Each summer, Wilson Tax Law Group, APLC offers one law student the opportunity to gain substantive experience in tax controversy while working closely with our attorneys. The program provides mentorship and a close view of the firm’s practice. We hope that a successful summer clerk will join the firm after taking the bar examination and build a lasting career with us.
We actively recruit for our summer program through the On-Campus Interview (OCI) process at top law schools across the country. Students may apply through their school’s Career Services Office.
