Experience

Andy J. Epstein is a multifaceted tax attorney and Certified Public Accountant.  He is currently of counsel to Wilson Tax Law Group, APLC.   Mr. Epstein is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Specialist in Taxation and Bankruptcy.  He represents clients in various types of legal matters, including the tax aspects of bankruptcy, estate taxes, and international tax matters.  Over the past 19 years he has successfully represented clients in tax audits and collection matters before the IRS, FTB, CDTFA (formerly BOE) and the EDD.   Prior to joining as of counsel at Wilson Tax Law Group, Mr. Epstein worked at several prestigious law and CPA firms.  He graduated number one in Tax Law at the University of San Diego, School of Law.
