Ms. Huh’s practice includes representing individuals and businesses before the Internal Revenue Service, California Franchise Tax Board, Employment Development Department, State Board of Equalization and California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA). She has expertise in all types of tax collection matters, including resolving levies and lien issues, Collection Due Process hearings, protective claims, installment agreements, offers in compromise, penalty abatement, trust fund recovery penalty, appeals, and Innocent Spouse.
Prior to joining Wilson Tax Law Group, Ms. Huh worked at the IRS, Office of Chief Counsel and in a private practice at a firm in Westwood, California, representing clients with numerous types of tax controversy matters. She is an Orange County and graduate of UC Berkeley and UC Hastings College of Law.
