Michelle Huh


Ms. Huh is a tax attorney with Wilson Tax Law Group, APLC.  Her practice includes representing individuals and businesses before the Internal Revenue Service, California Franchise Tax Board, Employment Development Department, State Board of Equalization and California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA).  She has assisted hundreds of clients before the IRS, FTB and EDD with tax and collection matters. She has expertise in all tax collection matters resolving levies and lien issues, Collection Due Process hearings,  protective claims, installment agreements, offers in compromise, penalty abatement, trust fund recovery penalty, appeals, and Innocent Spouse.

Ms. Huh has worked with Offer Specialists, IRS Revenue Officers, Revenue Agents, Collection Group Managers,  Appeals and Settlement Officers, as well as Taxpayer Advocates from Internal Revenue Service field offices throughout the United States. Previously, Ms. Huh worked at the IRS, Office of Chief Counsel and a firm in Westwood, California representing clients with numerous types of tax controversy matters.
