Kelly V. Muir

Experience

Kelly V. Muir is an associate tax attorney who handles state and federal tax matters, including audits, appeals and litigation.  Mr. Muir is a native of Southern California.  He proudly attended Loyola High School of Los Angeles, and then received a B.S. in Finance and Management (double major) from Georgetown University, while playing four years of Division 1 collegiate baseball for the Hoyas.  After graduating from Georgetown, he worked as an analyst for Western Asset Management Company (“WAMCO”) for four years in Pasadena.  Mr. Muir then decided to return to school and received both his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation degrees from Loyola Law School.   After law school and prior to joining Wilson Tax Law Group, Mr. Muir gained valuable experience working as an attorney and tax consultant at Deloitte Tax LLP in Los Angeles.  Outside of work, Mr. Muir three joys are surfing, golfing, and hiking.
